At Kat's Candle Co., we've been making custom hand-carved, old-world style candles for over 15 years.
Not satisfied with simply making the same styles over and over again, we are constantly challenging ourselved to offer new, creative and original designs to our much deserving customers.

Although we recognize that there is a tremendous amount of skill and talent among our competitors, we are confident in considering ourselves to be "The BEST in the Industry".

Here are a few reasons why:

We do not charge extra for customization, custom colors, accents etc. At Kat's Candle Co., EVERY order is a CUSTOM order. Why should we charge one customer more than another to have THEIR candles made THEIR way? We do not glue or pin on verses/pictures or verse/picture trim … EVER. We offer ONE design with a bow pinned on after the final glaze has been completed. All other accents are EMBEDDED into the carved wax surface before the finishing glaze coating is applied. We do not EVER, EVER, EVER use illegally obtained, copyrighted, trademarked or patent protected images! (Ex. Disney, Enesco, KimAnderson). Our Precious Moments design candles feature images that we are LEGALLY permitted to use. Our carvings LOOK LIKE what they're supposed to BE! We have become candle carving masters by giving extra attention to our carving skills. Every design is carefully balanced in it's design for a beautiful, uniform consistency. We use high-quality PIGMENT to color our wax... never dyes. Wax colored with inexpensive dye fades and discolors in a short time. Wax colored with pigment will retain it's color for a lifetime.

Candle Information

Kat's hand-carved candles are individually handmade and each candle is a unique piece. Our Seashell Collection features real seashells, coral & starfish. All of our candles are coated with an acrylic glaze designed to allow the candle to dust off easily and maintain it's beautiful appearance. Most of our candles are designed to burn down the center and easily refill with a tealight or votive candle. Each candle comes with burning and refilling instructions. Slight flaws and differences are the nature of a handmade product and are to be expected. However, we guarantee every candle to be of superior quality.
